Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoHa QR Code Creator ("the app"), provided by HelpingApps ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

GoHa QR Code Creator generates QR codes and barcodes from content you provide, lets you decorate and save them, and scans codes with your camera. Basic use works on-device without an account; optional cloud sync requires a HelpingApps account.

2. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to create or distribute codes that point to or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, fraud, or illegal content, or that infringe others' rights.

4. Plans & billing

• Creating, scanning, and saving codes is available to all users. Where paid plans are offered, fees and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase.
• Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores' terms; refunds are handled by the respective store.

5. Your content

You retain rights to the content you encode and must have the right to use it. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and (if you enable sync) sync your codes.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its software, and the HelpingApps and GoHa names and logos are owned by us and protected by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpingApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
