Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoHa Planner ("the app"), provided by HelpingApps ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

GoHa Planner is a tasks, to-do list, and calendar planner available on the web, Android, and iOS. Using the app requires a HelpingApps account so your tasks and lists can sync across your devices.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans & billing

• GoHa Planner is currently available to every signed-in HelpingApps user. Where paid plans are offered, fees, billing periods, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms; refunds for such purchases are handled by the respective store.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the tasks, lists, and items you create ("your content"). You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display your content to operate the service for you. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to any material you add.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading malware; attempting to breach or overload our systems; or using the service to store or distribute unlawful material.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its software, and the HelpingApps and GoHa Planner names and logos are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or software except to use the app as permitted.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the app ends; we may delete content associated with a closed account.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost. Keep your own backups of important material.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpingApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
