Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how HelpingApps ("we", "us") handles your information when you use GoHa Planner ("the app"), our tasks, to-do list, and calendar planner. It applies to the GoHa Planner web app, Android app, and iOS app.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you create a HelpingApps account or sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, a unique user identifier, and (if you provide it) your name. Passwords for email accounts are stored only as a salted hash — we never store them in plain text.
• Your content. The tasks, to-do lists, and items you create are stored on our behalf so you can access them across your devices.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request times) generated when your app talks to our services.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the app — authenticate you, and store and sync your tasks and lists.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
• To communicate with you about your account or important service changes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your tasks or lists for advertising.

3. Sign in with Google & Apple

If you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive a verified token containing your email and a provider identifier, which we use to create or match your account. We do not receive your Google or Apple password. Apple may relay a private email address if you choose to hide your email.

4. Service providers

We rely on infrastructure providers to operate the app, including Amazon Web Services (cloud compute) and our database host. These providers process data only to provide services to us and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain your account and content until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual tasks and lists at any time. Deleting your HelpingApps account removes your associated data across HelpingApps products.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with encryption at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

7. Children

GoHa Planner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
