Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoHa Link Shortener ("the app"), provided by HelpingApps ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. The service

GoHa Link Shortener creates short links on the goha.fyi domain that redirect to destination URLs you provide, and reports how many times they are followed. A HelpingApps account is required to create and manage links.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to create short links that point to or facilitate: malware, phishing, spam, fraud, illegal content, or material that infringes others' rights. We may disable any link or account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful, without notice.

4. Plans & billing

• Creating and managing links is available to every signed-in HelpingApps user. Where paid plans are offered (for example, advanced link analytics), fees and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase.
• Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms; refunds are handled by the respective store.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the destination URLs and metadata you submit and must have the right to link to them. You grant us the limited rights needed to store your links and operate the redirect service.

6. Availability

We aim to keep redirects fast and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Short links may stop resolving if a link or account is deleted, expires, or is disabled for policy reasons.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its software, and the HelpingApps and GoHa names and logos are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or software except to use the app as permitted.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpingApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
