These Terms govern your use of GoHa ID Photo Maker ("the app"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

GoHa ID Photo Maker helps you take, size, and print passport and ID photos on your device. It is provided free of charge.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Only photograph yourself or people who have agreed to be photographed.
• Don't misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app.

3. Your responsibility for requirements

ID and passport photo requirements (size, background, head proportion, expression, glasses, and acceptance) differ by country and document and can change. The app helps you size and prepare a photo, but you are responsible for confirming the official specification and for whether a photo is accepted. We do not guarantee acceptance by any authority.

4. Your content

Your photos stay on your device and remain yours. The app does not upload them. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpingApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any rejected document or loss arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date above.
