GoHa ID Photo Maker by HelpingApps · Effective 21 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HelpingApps ("we", "us") handles your information when you use GoHa ID Photo Maker ("the app"), our passport and ID photo maker.

1. Your photos stay on your device by default

GoHa ID Photo Maker is local-first. No account is required. The photos you take or import and the ID photos you create are stored on your device. They are uploaded only if you choose to back them up to the cloud (see section 3).

2. Camera & photos

3. Optional cloud backup & account

If you sign in with a HelpingApps account and choose Move to cloud on a photo, that photo is uploaded to our secure cloud storage so you can restore it on another device. This is optional and stays off until you turn it on.

4. Permissions

The app requests the camera permission to take photos, and (on older Android versions) storage permission to save a photo to your gallery. You can revoke these at any time in your device settings.

5. Data retention & deletion

Device photos stay until you delete them in the app or uninstall it. Photos you backed up to the cloud are removed when you choose Move to this device, Delete everything, or delete your HelpingApps account. To delete your whole account and all cloud data, use the account menu in any HelpingApps app.

6. Children

The app is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above.
